My beautiful mam passed away suddenly but peacefully in her sleep at her home in Newcastle on the 30th August 2023.

She was a daughter to Hugh & Elizabeth, sister to Kath, Agnes, Hugh, George, Julie, Mary and Gwen, husband to Jimmy for 52 years, mother to Lisa, Vickie, Lee & Mandy, nanna to David, Danielle, Daniel, JJ & Emily, & great nanna to Daniel & Heather’s bump. She was also an amazing friend to everyone she met.

My mam was a wonderful woman full of stories, wit, and an appetite for life which only got stronger as she got older and is incredibly missed.

The photo above was taken at my nieces Wedding in June. She NEVER told us her age, ever. I only found out how old she was a few years ago and out of respect I haven’t put her full date of birth on here - she’ll be pleased at that.

Love you always Mam. Thank you for being the absolute joy in our lives. See you when I get there.
